Permission for the return or exchange of all merchandise must be secured from our office. For merchandise return or exchange questions, you should contact our office by email at menshats@thekrownshoppe.com or telephone at 1-888-216-8273. The authorized return of non-defective merchandise will incur up to a 20% (of the order total) restocking fee, based on the discretion of our office. No shipments will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. No returns or exchanges will be authorized after 30 days from the receipt of shipment by the customer. A refund or exchange for all items returned in the original packaging within 30 days of shipment will be issued. Items must be returned in its original condition, not soiled or worn. Once a return has been authorized by our office, you must:

1. Return the item to the address given to you by our office.
2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the box or package.
3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of the returned merchandise.

Returns shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or the United Parcel Service with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. The Krown Shoppe cannot be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our office.

We will notify you of the refund or exchange via e-mail or standard mail, once we have received and processed the returned item(s). You can expect to be issued a refund or exchange within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on refused shipments or returns, except when due to our error. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses due to product defects, errors in shipping of orders, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item that you purchased from us.

Please be careful to follow our written instructions for a refund or an exchange. You are responsible to make sure all sizes and colors are accurate/acceptable before ordering. There will be no exceptions. Our affiliates have their own policies on refunds or exchanges. Please be careful to read their policies.
