Standard FedEx is our primary shipping service. We do our best to make sure that shipping and handling charges accurately reflect standard FedEx shipping charges. However, because product packaging, weight, product accessories and FedEx shipping rates are also subject to change without notice, we cannot guarantee that your shipping and handling charges will exactly match the FedEx database.
If the actual shipping rate is determined to be more than the rate that you were charged at the time of your order, your card will not be charged further. If the actual shipping rate is determined to be less than the rate that you were charged at the time of your order, we may issue a refund, which, at our discretion, may also reflect further handling and processing time. You will be notified of any refund via the e-mail address that you provided at the time the order was placed.
You should expect a standard delivery time of 2 to 7 business days, after shipment, for all orders to reach their final destinations. Our headwear are shipped from the Bailey Denver, PA, Eddy Bros. Fort Worth,TX or Timberland New Hampshire warehouses therefore, we cannot guarantee the delivery of any particular order by an exact date. We will always strive to ship and deliver products in a reasonable time frame. However, in some cases you may be notified of a delay with your order, in which case we will, according to federal regulations, deliver the product within thirty (30) days of the late-notification date. In some cases, we may choose to refund shipping charges for late or delayed deliveries.
Once an order has been placed with us (The Krown Shoppe) by mail, or internet, it can only be cancelled if it hasn't been shipped to its final destination. All order cancellations-already shipped or awaiting shipment--are subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%) of the order total, plus any shipping and/or handling charges that may apply, based on the discretion of the Owner.

We are always striving to provide the best service possible to our customers. Currently we only ship to the United States. We are continually working to find ways to ship our products to more locations.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, DiscoverCard are accepted via PayPal for secure on-line purchases.
U. S. Money Orders and Certified Checks are accepted for "OFFLINE/MAIL IN" payment. Money Orders and Certified Checks may take 2 weeks to process. Shipment of products will not be made until the check or money order has cleared and the funds deposited.
A 5% sales tax is collected from customers who reside in the State of Virginia.
